Space to thrive

Brick City Greenhouse has created a work structure that empowers employees to not only do their best work, but to lead their best lives. Treating people like the adults they are has created a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement. Little things like unlimited PTO and zero timesheets create a big space to be our most creative selves. Despite being spread across 7 states (and counting), we find all sorts of ways to create, connect, and have fun “together.”
